Hi guys,
with this project I wanted to push what can be done with a single set of assets. First I sculpted all the leaves and all the other components in ZBrush and applied a basic coat of paint before going into Substance Designer to finish it off.
In Speedtree I made some basic vines that I could snake around the shot and dress them up with the leaf clusters.
In Unreal I focused on getting a good composition and lighting to fit the shot. From any other angle the scene looks very strange but since I knew what I was going for this didn't matter. I also added some dynamic effects like rain drops that would from on the leaves as well as rain and moving fog to enrich the scene.
